I'm not entirely sure but I remember reading on here that pre-paid account numbers are simply the phone number. And as far as the billing password or passcode, you may or may not have one set up. For post paid accounts it defaults to the last 4 digits of the owners SSN, so you could try that, or call pre-paid customer service and ask... 888-294-6804.
Just as SuzyQ stated, Verizon Prepaid account numbers should be your mobile number, and as for the passcode, unless changed should be the last 4 digits of your mobile number. If you need more assistance give customer service a call.
