I truly want you to be happy with your Stratosphere.
I want to see what we can do to get you to that happy place.
Do you notice any type of pattern as to when the device reboots or stops working? For instance does it happen when using a particular app or function?

I'm very concerned that it is heating up, as you stated, it should not be doing that. Verizon Wireless takes these reports seriously and promptly investigates these issues.
Please bring all power accessories with the device to the retail location http://bit.ly/3SdsA , including:
-car charger, and
-travel charger, desktop charger and/or or stand.
If you have an anti-virus or a task manager app installed, please remove them because they can adversely affect the way the phone acts.
