    Samsung stratosphere problems!!


      I have had this Samsung stratosphere for a couple months now. I am currently on my second stratosphere since the day i purchase my first one. i had issues with my phone restarting itself or me having to restart it because it wasn't working. i am having the same issues with this phone too plus many other issues. my battery heats up fairly quickly (which it should not be doing). my phone will also freeze and restart itself or just randomly restart itself. sometimes i even have to restart it because its not working right. one instance i had gotten a message from my sister i cleared the message and deleted it but it still said i had a message it took a whole day for the phone to realize there was not a message there. i also have problems with receiving messages.this phone is a pain can someone please help me on fixing it or something?!

          I truly want you to be happy with your Stratosphere.
          I want to see what we can do to get you to that happy place.
          Do you notice any type of pattern as to when the device reboots or stops working? For instance does it happen when using a particular app or function?
          Have we tried to see if it behaves this way when it is in Safe Mode? http://bit.ly/ONfRdc

          I'm very concerned that it is heating up, as you stated, it should not be doing that. Verizon Wireless takes these reports seriously and promptly investigates these issues.
          Please bring all power accessories with the device to the retail location http://bit.ly/3SdsA , including:
          -car charger, and
          -travel charger, desktop charger and/or or stand.
          If you have an anti-virus or a task manager app installed, please remove them because they can adversely affect the way the phone acts.
