DROID RAZR M keeps dropping Bluetooth Connection

Just got a new DROID RAZR M this weekend.  It will pair successfully with our 2012 HONDA CRV using bluetooth.  However, it few minutes later it will disconnect, then reconnect again, then disconnect again a few minutes later, then reconnect etc....  Never had this problem with the LG phone that it replaced.

Has anyone else had this issue?

If you have HotSpot enabled it will drop and reconnect continuously with BlueTooth. Razor is piece of ^@^%# if you ask me. Make sure hotspot is off and see if you still have that problem.

yes I have had this same problem with my Razr M & Tiguan since I got the phone back in Sept. I have called about it, Volkswagen has replaced the bluetooth module for me.. nothing. I never had this problem with my Droid2 either. There's other android/razr/droid forums too where people having the same problem wit this model phone, and different cars. The latest Jelly Bean update didn't fix it. Check it out. Good luck, and let me know if you figure anything out..

Droid Razr Maxx HD - great phone, but virtually NO connection with Bluetooth with any other ANYTHING going on.  The bluetooth and phone can be touching, one inch apart, whatever, and the signal drops CONSTANTLY.  I have had to give up using it.  I can see from the numerous replies that MANY of us are having this problem for a long time and Verizon has not FIXED it.  VERIZON HAS CHANGED.  I have been using Verizon 17 years, but they do NOT care any more.  They used to treat me like a human.  Now they are just as bad as AT&T.  Expensive and non-CARING.  PEOPLE - let's GO, BOYCOTT VERIZON, LEAVE IF YOU CAN.  SHOW THEM THAT WHATEVER MANAGEMENT CHANGED OVER THE LAST YEAR WAS A BIG MISTAKE.

Bye!

Lyn-O,

Whoa! Hold on just a moment here. We would never want you to leave. We love having you here for the last 17 years, and would love to continue that relationship. I am sorry to learn that you device is not working with your Bluetooth device, this is something that we would want to look into for sure. When did this happen? Has it ever worked? Please provide some additional information so that we can get this back up and running for you ASAP.
