Software not updating

I keep getting notification that new software is available. When I hit the Install Now button, it says "rebooting now..."but never does.

How do I get it to update? I'm still on 2.2.

We want you to enjoy the most recent software update as badly as you do! There can be complications during a software update that require you to factory reset the device and retry. Could you do this and let us know if it helps? http://bit.ly/PQ4RjU

If you haven't pulled the battery and retested immediately after restarting, please try that prior to the factory reset. Keep us posted on any updates!
