I sure hope you have been able to use your phone since posting! I would like to help if you are still having problems with your new number. It seems that you may just need to program the number into the phone. Please try dialing *228 and then select option 1 when prompted. After a moment or two, you should hear a recording that your phone was programmed successfully. Please let me know if you need additional assistance!
