NFL Mobile - Not Working

I saw the AD about NFL Mobile on Verizonwireless for sometime.

I got now HD Smart phone but when I click on "LIVE", it gives me an error message saying, "Your current service plan does not allow this purchase. Please call *611 from your mobile phone." Do I need to pay? How much? How can I setup?

NFL Mobile is $5 a month. I'm guessing you are not the account owner. Perhaps the account owner has these kind of subscriptions blovked.
