No responses here. About as useful as Verizon support. No where nearly as responsive as AT&T. I'm beginning to doubt my selection of VErizon for my iPad data plan. I found some info at imore.com. here is a link to the response I received:

Congratulations on your recent purchase of the iPad device. You stated that you are interested in setting the iPad up with a data package, and you can either set it up on a prepay or postpay account. If you are interested in pre pay as you go services you can contact our Prepaid Department at 888-294-6804. Or if you are interested in adding this device to a post pay account you can contact our Telesales Department at 800-256-4646.
