I hope you had a good holiday! I am here to help with your hotspot. So let me clarify, you turned on the hotspot on you Razr, but you do not see a place for the password on the iPad? Correct? If so, you may want to take a look at the settings (depending on which Droid, it may just be under the mobile hotspot and press the MENU button) and see what type of security you have. If it is OPEN, no password is required, however, is it's security enabled, there would be a field for the password.
Secondly, which family share plan are you on? Is this Nationwide? If so, there is an extra feature needed for the hotspot. However, with the new Share Everything plans, this is included at no extra charge.
