I have seen all the tutorial videos - or at least all that I've seen seem the same. I select email on new galaxy s3 phone, then enter my email address and password, then select Manual, then select POP3, then it auto--fills some info that my email provider says is wrong (which is confirmed, I guess, in that it won't connect to server w/ auto-filled info) BUT when I enter correct info, it STILL IS UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVER. Samsung support said this was a carrier issue. Sprint's support page said this email address is not supported by this device - HELP!!! What do I do?
I would try K9 email client from the Play Store, I had the same issue with Time Warner but it setup without issues with K9.... I believe it should help you.
