At 5am this morning (Pacific Time) my Droid 4 started "upgrading". I did not receive a message asking if I wanted to upgrade. I was in the middle of reading an article and my screen went black then said, "Android is upgrading, starting applications". It has been saying that for the past 3 hours. I need to use my phone, I have to get ahold of my husband who just left for his ship (he's in the Navy). How long is this going to take? Is it stuck or is it supposed to do this? Is there a way to send him a text via the verizon wireless page?

Nevermind, I found another user who was stuck and held down power and volume down at the same time. It powered off and I was able to turn it back on. Yay.
