    Authentication Error


      I continue to receive an "authentication error" message when attempting to connect to my JetPak on my Galaxy III.  Any suggestions?

          It is never fun to receive an error message when connecting your device. Is this the first time that you received this error message? Have you tried to connect another device? Which model Jetpack do you have? I am looking forward to your reply so that I can better assist.
