I need the PUK code as well, but I followed those instructions and there is no device actions menu listed for my droid incredible 2. Can you send me the code?
Hello dlevine99! I can help you with that! The previous instructions given were specific to the Razr Maxx. Since your phone is a 3G device, you will need to obtain the PUK directly from us. First you must meet the following requirements:
1. The line of service must be active for at least 60 days.
2. The line of service must be in good standing for the past 60 days.
Good Standing is defined as:
Balance must be current
No service suspensions or hotlines in the past 60 days.
If you meet these requirements, call Global Support at 800-711-8300 to retrieve the PUK code. Have a great weekend!
