had to get my phone replaced. dropped it. insurance took care of most of it. just wondering why i would be charged for a new sims card when i did not get a new one. they put my old one in my new phone (charged $25) does anyone understand this? i don't. also, the rep swiped my card twice---yes i was charged twice and when i called about it--she denied it. took an hour to get that straightened up by the bank. i am not happy with verizon right now
Where was this at? It sounds like a third party retailer and not a corporate store.
