Hi Jannwj, I am sorry you are having issues with not being able to send pictures to non iPhone users from your iPhone 4S! I realize you said everything was tried! However, more specifics would be appreciated. I like to suggest for you to check on something! Is the most reset software version on your iPhone 4S? If you have not checked this, give the update a chance to help resolve the issue. Use this link to the update and following all the steps with backing up your data http://bit.ly/RA0BTg. Also, go into your settings>messages and turn MMS on. If it is already on, try doing a soft reset and retry sending the picture message. I trust this helps!

I agree with the above user about taking off the Onavo app, i had the same exact problem and it also restricted me from receiving any voicemails. I deleted the app and the profile in my settings, re-started my phone and received 20 missed voicemails that Onavo hid while it was on my profile as well as various texts.
I use picture messaging all the time and I would be upset too! Let's see what we can do to get this resolved for you! Are you sending via iMessage? I ask because only iPhone users can use iMessage. If this is the case, please test by sending through your messaging app. I would also like to ask if you are using Wifi to send the pix? Please turn off Wifi and try again with that. You can also reset your network settings: http://bit.ly/RrdX2n and try again as well. Let me know how this works for you and thanks for troubleshooting! ^CB
