    Transfer of Liability

      I'm about to change jobs and I need to assume the liability of the mobile number for about a week before I start at the new company.  Is there anything I can do other than adding the number to a personal account for one week prior to the start of the new job?

          Hi there Cmcmurray!

          Congratulations on your new job! I hope all is well so far.  Your old company may provide permission for the person handling your new company account to transfer your number straight to them instead.

          Other than that it would be in a temporary limbo on a personal account under your name so you don't lose it.
