Another way to save voicemail on a Macbook Pro is to use a recording software like Audacity (which is free), and connect a MP3 headphone cord, male to male, to the headphone out on your phone (I have a Droid X) and connect the other end to the mic input on the computer and record messages in real time. Save to Wav or MP3, or etc.This should work on a windows computer too.

Another way to save voicemail to your computer is to use Google Voice for your voicemail.
Every time I receive a voicemail, I can download it from the Google Voice website as an MP3 file if I want.
