For some reason, my Razr is now stuck in Emergency Mode. My menu options do not work and I cannot make any calls. I have tried several times to power down, take out the SIM card, etc. My service is current with Verizon. I am not sure why this has happened and I have tried to search on Forums. Can someone give me some advice? Should I take it to Verizon store for service?

That is a great question! I am sorry to hear that it is stuck in Emergency Mode. When did this start? Have you tried to power down and then back up by pressing and holding both power and volume down buttons? Please also try a power up pressing and holding both volume up and volume down buttons.
