      Yesterday my Lucid lost all internet signal after I walked outside of my house.  Once I got back home it went right back to 3G, and then Wi-Fi, and it did the same thing this morning. What is going on?

          It's a bummer to lose your internet service! I'd really like to help you! Since posting, has this issue occurred again? You mentioned that you get a 3G signal, then Wifi. Do you ever get 4G (or are you not in a 4G coverage area)? What is your zip code?
          Please try turning off Wifi, then remove the battery and SIM card for about a minute, and reattach/power on. Once this is completed, please monitor the device and let me know if you need any further assistance. Thanks much!
