    Jetpack 890L and Xbox Live


      Just bought a Verizon Jetpack 890L. When the XBOX 360 system tests the connection, once it gets to the "Internet" part I get a DSN Server Error message on the Xbox.  I have no idea how to correct this or if it's even possible.  Thanks in advance.

          Hello Dgreco4648,

          Congratulations on the new device!  I definitely want it to work for any Wi-Fi capable device you have.

          While I'm unable to support your XBox, I do want to ensure the device is functioning in general.  Are you able to successfully connect and use it on a Laptop?

          While you're connected to a laptop you can access and use the password located on the label on your device. 

          This is the advanaced administration site for the device which will allow you to make some changes.  Please refer to the user manual for more information on each option and only change those you are familiar with. 

          Please advise if you're unable to even connect to a Laptop as this would mean the connectivity in the device itself isn't functioning.
