    Offered a $50 credit toward next months bill and never received!!


      I contacted Verizon around August 1, 2012 and told them that I was unhappy when my phone broke and I had to go thru the insurance plan and pay a $99 deductable. I was then told by the CSR that since I was a good customer he would issue me a $50 credit to my account, effective next billing cycle. This never happened. When I called the billing folks on August 28, 2012, I was told you will get no credit, and this cannot be an authorized Verizon credit. i feel that this shows total lack of concern for people and poor customer service, not to mention the lie I was told to get me off the phone. Anyone else offered same as we may talk to get the credit as offered.
