trying to block #'s.. it says it updated but the expiration date is still the same. When will the expiration date change

Need more Info.! Not Quite Sure what it is your Requesting. It might be a thing to Call Customer service 1-800-922-0204 Opt. 3 Technical Services Give them all of your Account Information and Tell them what your see on the Device.

If you're referring to the blocks through MyVerizon, they expire 90 days after initial setup. My experience has been that whenever I first block a number, then the others all have the same expiration as the first one, i.e., the expiration date doesn't update. However, I have found that if I clear out all the blocked numbers, press 'submit', and then re-enter numbers to be blocked, the expiration date is re-set to 90 days out.
