I have a Samsung Haven, and it's been giving me a lot of issues - I can basically receive one text at a time and have to immediately delete it; I can't see my outgoing texts - it's really buggy. I decided I'd try to upgrade, but they're asking me for my PIN and I have no idea what it is or how to get it. I saw that you could see it in the Backup Contacts section, but the Haven doesn't support that, so I'm stuck.
I'm just really frustrated - this website is so hard to navigate and it's impossible to get any straight up answers. Ridiculous.
The PIN for Backup assistant is not the same as your account PIN. If you did not set one up, the PIN is normally the last four digits of the SSN of the account holder. if you do not know the PIN, then customer service can ask other questions to verify that you are the account owner and authorized to make changes to the account.
