Try dialing *228 from the iPhone. If that doesn't work, maybe try *611 from the phone to speak with customer service or go into a Verizon store or call (800) 922-0204 from a different phone.
You should make sure to dial *228, option 1 to reprogram the phone to the Verizon Wireless network.
