I have not been getting my verizon wireless bill.  I am very concerned that about it.  I hope no one put me on paperless billing by mistake.  I also have been getting late charges charged to my account.  Please if someone can check for me if I was put on paperless by accident.  I do not want paperless I want to receive my bill.  Thank you

You have to go to My Verizon and log in as the account owner to edit your paperless preferences.
