I had my bill paid to an authorized retailer and they did not credit my account. I contacted the store, verizon and my problem still exists. I talked to a supervisor or manager at Verizon, in the Financial Services and I was given an email address for Customer Relations. He said it was firstname.lastname@example.org. I wrote an email to them but it came back with non-existent recipient. I also tried a couple combinations like email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org AND email@example.com all without success.
What is their real email? Thank you in advance.
