Blackberry Curve was working fine since Sept 3rd. I'm getting the following message now: "Insufficient Network Coverage to Process your request - Please try again Later" . I was away for the weekend so I just waited until I got back. I saw there were RIM Network issues yesterday that were resolved last night but I still cannot send/receive emails(or go on the internet). Anyone else having these issues? I tried to reprogram and update the phone(*228 opt 1 to reprogram and opt 2 to update)...both went well but still did not fix issue.
Call Verizon trouble line from a different phone and when asked what the problemis, just say Blackberry, and you will be connected to the BB Verizon team who should be able to solve your problem.
