I've been trying for the last hour to talk to a live person in order to get my 4 Digit security code so I can set up "My Verizon" account. The one live person I did speak with referred me back to a number I had already tried and said I needed to press "0" when the recording came on. I did that for all the good it did. All I want to do is get the security code as everything I try concerning my wireless account requires that number!
