    MMS Issues.


      Okay, I've been having issues receiving MMS messages and sending them, and for some reason I can't get any help with it, I've called in and tried everything but Resting my phone and they are afraid to do that because when I dialed the numbers they told me to they wouldn't do it, so I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone have any help?? It should work because my sister has the same phone and the same company and sends them and gets them, but I can't, so what's going on???

          It's very upsetting to hear your having a problem with picture messaging. I would be glad to look into this with you.

          What type of device do you have? Do you have a signature on your message? For example: Sent from Tashy's phone or a smiley face. If so please remove and retest.

          Please delete all old text and picture messages and retest.
          How long have you been having this issue? Did this start after an application was downloaded?

          Please let me know if your still experiencing the issue. I'm sure we can get to the bottom of this.
