When I try to log into My Verizon Profile through the app, it keeps saying "User name and password do not match." I've cleared the cache, restarted the phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I know I have the right username and password because I can log in on a computer.
Any suggestions on how to get it to work?
I would try Wildman's suggestion and use your cell phone number. My experience with using Verizon usernames is that it's a bit messed up. I wish they had one username for my account and the forum - and then it worked on both my phone and computer. Maybe someday, but for now, I think Wildman's given good advice.
I've double checked the user name and password several times. I'm using my verizon login, not the forum one as those are two completely different username/passwords. I've tried using the phone number instead of the username, and changed my password as well. Nothing has worked.
Then you need to call Customer Service an have them alter a bit Your Username an Password an the Line your having the Issue with if it's not a Primary Line they can Make it a Primary Line But C.S. has to do this. Or it helps to have them help ya do it. I done that and mine is Working Fine Again.. b33
