With the way the internet works it might not be a Verizon issue. It could be a simple DNS issue which has to be resolved by the DNS provider or the person who owns the website.
I would like to check the status of the trouble ticket. Please send me a direct message with your mobile number and the trouble ticket number. Looking forward to your reply.

It doesn't matter now. They finally fixed it but the time was far too
long for me not to have all the service I'm paying for.
Nevertheless the phone # is <Personal information deleted per the TOS>
What you really need to resolve is why it is so difficult to report a
BTW the I posted the ticket number and someone at your end scrubbed it.

they fixed it, but took too long?
I think Verizon broke the 3G network in Feb and has not fixed it since. My service worked from Jan 2010 through Jan 2012. Then broke in Feb 2012. Since then, mostly broke. I have replaced almost everything and still it is broke. I added an antenna, still broke.
The Sprint network my friend has had since before Jan 2010 is still working. It is Verizon. I recommend anyone thinking of a 3G/4G network avoid Verizon until they get the problem fixed. It is not localized. I am PA, I see people complain from all over northeast at least.
If people move on to other services, maybe Verizon will begin to really fix what ever they broke in February 2012.
