    Change password on email account (LG Vortex)

      I cannot receive emails on my LG Vortex- the notification says "username or password incorrect". How do I change my password

      on my email account (job related and passwords have been changed)?

          Good morning dys.

          I cannot imagine not being able to set up or change my e-mail account on my phone.  Especially when you need the e-mails for work. Let's see if we can get you back up and running, (if you haven't already).  What kind of e-mail account do you have on your phone?  Is it a personal (POP/ IMAP) account?  If so, you should remove the e-mail account from your phone.  Open e-mail folder, select Menu, select More, select Settings, select Delete Account.  Once that's completed, clear the memory on your phone, http://bit.ly/I4kzOY , and then restart the phone.  (Power off and back on.)  When it's back on, follow the steps to re-add the e-mail account, http://bit.ly/IgTtXd .  If it's a Corporate Exchange E-Mail account, please follow the steps on the following link: http://bit.ly/HxS2qN

            I am only wanting to change my password for access to this website.  (My Verizon)  I do not want anyone else to be able to go in and change anything.  Sorry.  I think I have the wrong person.

              Hello william123! I'm really sorry to learn about the misunderstanding. Please follow the instructions below to change your My Verizon password:

              1. Sign in to My Verizon.
              2. Click the View Profile link above the My Bill pod. My Profile displays.
              3. In the Personal Information section, click Change Password.
              4. Type the Current Password.
              5. Type the New Password. Tip
              6. Type the same new password in the Re-type New Password field.
              7. Click Submit.
