*228 option 1 or 2 will help u to update ur network towers. U do that 1x a month or anytime u do a major plan change related to the phone. If u change the iPhones plan sometimes they suggest it.
Do u have data roaming set to yes?

It was working for a while, but now I don't have any features, I called
tech support twice, they said they would call me back both times, but I
have been waiting for two days for them to fix it.
