I use PayPal a LOT. Every day. I am a business owner and get paid by 95% of my clients via PayPal. Paying my Verizon bill would be so much easier if I could pay with my PayPal account, like I do a lot of my other bills. These days, a lot of companies accept PayPal as a form of payment for bills. Verizon, you should seriously consider adding this option for your customers. Just throwing out my two cents!
I enjoy your enthusiasm for providing us with such innovative feedback. Currently, we offer many way to pay your bill each month at your convenience. I do agree that PayPal is a great money transfer tool and would be great for more businesses to use it. We always look for ways to improve our customer's experience and I will submit this suggestion to our internal team.
Thank you for your valued 'two cents'!

You can get a mastercard debit card from paypal that is attached to your Paypal account Then put that card number in as your payment method and your using paypal. The card is free, I have one and I pay my phone , electric, and other bills with it and it comes out of your paypal account.
budone, every time I've checked this help section for some information I see where you've chimed in with some kind of negative answer. Have you done a survey to find out how many people might like to use their PayPal card? Maybe if you offered a verifiable statistic in your reply above then it wouldn't seem as crappy as all the other responses I've seen you give. Now see how crappy my response to you sounds? I don't really know for sure how many crappy responses you've ever given; it's just been all the ones I've ever seen. Is that 99% of your help or 14% of your help?
I, for one, would like to use my PayPal card to pay my wireless bill. So, including the original poster - afemaleprodigy and hite-newman and teratova, there's four that are verifiable for you.
Stating what is true, does not make an answer crappy. You may not like my response, but again that does not make a response crappy.
4 verifiable people out of 97,000,000+ subs?? When the Incredible fiasco occurred, I think there were over 500 different people who posted and complained on this board.
If there is not something in it for VZW, they will not do it.
So far I have had Good Luck with Verizon, I guess I have all the secrets that everyone should know including you.. I have had so many problems and they did not come from The actualle Verizon Store it was from the Men who sell the phones for Verizon.. Beware of them. If you own a Verizon phone all you have to do is Call 611! They will help you with what ever you need ANYTHING.. So far I have had Great Service with these People.. Most of the Problems are from the Guys that sell the phones with the Fake sign that is in HUGE letters that state VERIZON AND IN little letters it says Wholesalers so make sure to call the 611 number and say I need this or what ever you need give them your zip code and they will tell you where the closest Real Verizon Store is there will be NO problems with them but if YOU GO TO THE whole sale guys your in HUGE Trouble so Never Ever Go into one of those stores just call the 611 they will guide you to the Correct store. The bad feedback comes from the Verizon Wholesalers believe it.. I am stating that because if You knew what I have been through you would never go to another store like that again as I will never go into one of those stores that just SELL PHONES there out to Make a buck for there pockets and by the way if they tell you that you have to change your plan to get something if You should GO into one of those Stores report them as there telling a LIE as You never have to Change your plan.. I found out this information due to all the problems I have had at these wholesale stores.. Remember 611 you will get all the help YOU need and Nice service.. Really Nice.. Gerri
Call Verizon, There is a Pay pal account that you can useI was talking to the sales rep I called on the 611 and read this note to her and she said they did have a Card that you buy from Pay pal and use there account all you have to do is add the money to it and pay your bill.. I hope I helped you but as I said DO not ever ever go into the sales rep store for anything boycot them and send the Message anything you need to know just call Verizon 611 they will tell you all you need to know like where is the REAL verizon strore that is Closest to you instead of going into the sales REP stores that just sell phones beware of them.. Thats all I have to say.. I say BOYCOT them as there Horror storys at least they have been for me.. All of them.. Ok Good luck just call 611 ask them how to get the Pay pal credit card to pay your bill with it. I hope you are happy to know that.. Good luck Gerri
Thanks for posting this:-) I have to fell victim to fake Verizon reps. Said I would get a rebate....well it never came. Went back to the booth to complain, guess what? they were long gone! Verizon could do nothing about it to help get my money back since they were not actually a Verizon represenative! Next time I'll try the 611#
I know that rebates can be a great way to save money on equipment purchases deehavoc! How long ago was your equipment purchased? Did you attempt to submit the rebate within the alloted time frame?
If this was an independent agent rebate, it would be processed exclusively through the specific agent. If this was a Verizon Wireless sponsored rebate, we can definitely help if the submission period has not expired.
Please let us know!

doesn't paypal require an actual bank account or credit card to link to? if you have one of those, then you can pay your bill online with verizon. i'm not sure i understand the issue here? what am i missing? also, what does paypal charge to use? i suspect verizon has HUGE merchant account ability and very low fees to them (dude to their size and history). keep in mind that all of these forms of payment will charge verizon to use them and i would bet that paypal is on the higher end of those fees????
