    Minutes used


      I have 2 phones on my line for 700 minutes total. Right now, it says that we have used 307 of those minutes in this billing cycle which started just yesterday (1/16). I knew this couldn't be right, so I checked my data usage details and added up all of the minutes we have used in the last 2 days and it isn't even 200. Why is this? Am I getting charged minutes I didn't even use?

          If you are viewing the minutes online, and your billing cycle has just started anew, then you are looking at LAST months data.  The first couple of days into the new billing cycle will show the old data while the bill is generated; within 36-48 hours, it will reset and show the current usage.


          let me know if it doesn't reset - that may indicate there is something else going on.
