Sorry, I've been trying to reach a human in the financial department, but can't seem to get past the computer secretary. Here's the deal, I don't have the money to pay my bill on time this month. I've always paid it early for over a year now, but just don't have it right now this time. I'm trying to get someone to talk to that can answer some of my options for me. If anyone knows of a way to accomplish that, I'd be greatful. Thank you.
I'll give that a try again in the morning. Battery's about dead right now. Why do they make it so difficult to get to a human anyway? There's no option anywhere I went with their computer system that gives me the option to talk to a human. Thank you for the info, I hope it works. This is the first time I've been late that I know of and I just want to talk to someone to find out my options. It really shouldn't be this difficult.
Yeah, sometimes today's computerized systems are enough to push a person over the edge. but I've found that dialing "0" once your 2-3 levels into a system oftentimes results in getting through to a living, breathing, person! Verizon's system is actually better than many others; at least you CAN get a human.
