I've gotten two different responses from Verizon customer service so I'd like to get a third opinion:
Line 1 - Phone A - Incredible 1 with unlimited data plan (eligible for upgrade 1/2012)
Line 2 - Phone B - old Razr (no data plan - eligible for upgrade now)
I upgraded the Razr to an Incredible 2.
Customer Service #1 - I can get the Incredible 2, switch it to Phone A (line 1) but will lose the unlimited data plan.
Customer Service #2 - I can get the Incredible 2, switch it to Phone A (line 1) but can keep the unlimited data plan. Told me to activate it on line 2 and then immediately transfer the Incredible 2 to line A and will be able to keep the unlimited plan as long as I switch a smartphone to another smartphone. All must be done within 14 days.
Who is right?
