It's been a few days since you posted this, but I wanted to touch base with you to see whether or not your concerns have been addressed since you had a few issues with your Intensity .
Is the screen still white? Have you tried removing the battery & placing it back in the Intensity? If so, is the screen still white?
If so, then we need to look into your warranty replacement options since we can't do anything else as far as troubleshooting a blank screen.
Were you having problems with texting prior the the blank/white screen or did the issue arise when the screen was white?
