Failed Parsing MM3 headers

I am receiving various 'bounces' when attempting to send email to my Droid X using <my phone number>@vzwpix.com.

The error message retiurned is:

From: MMSC NDR Administrator [mailto:sysadmin@m10.vzwpix.com]
Sent: Friday, October 14, 2011 6:23 AM
To: <my email address>
Subject: Undeliverable Message

Message could not be delivered to mobile.
Error: Failed Parsing MM3 headers

This does not always happen and I am able to successfully re-send the returned message to my phone.

The message is plain text only, no graphics.

Any insight into what might be causing the issue is appreciated.

Is there a signature automatically attached to the email? Is it sent using the "plain text" option? Odd that it would work on a resend, but not the original.
