Are any other VZW users in this area experiencing the same issue? If this issue is not resolved yet, I would suggest calling VZW Tech support. They will be able to determine what the issue is and open a trouble ticket with local network engineers if this is indeed a cell site issue.
I am very concerns about the status of service. Are you still experiencing poor signal? I did see other alerts in the area at the time but all tickets are currently shown as resolved. Please let me know if I can troubleshoot further.
