I just received my password in the mail and attempted to sign in to my account to check usage on the verizon mifi and it is now telling me the account is locked. How to I go about getting it unlocked or is this going to be a long drawn out process through the mail again?
Usually the account becomes locked because of too many attempts to enter the correct password. In the past, a quick call to Customer Service has resolved the issue. Once they confirm your identity, they can unlock the account.
