Does anyone know of any service disruption in Columbus, Ohio? Before you ask, bill is paid in full. Phone continues to say searching for service and if it does show 3G with bars, I try to make a call, the bars disappear and it will not connect. Sent email to customer service but does anyone know of any issues?
Actually, re-reading that, you might try the now-hated battery pull, or at worst, a factory restore. Also, try a PRL update (dial *228, option 2) before you resort to a restore. If that doesn't, might need to take it in for examination.
I believe the strike situation affects landline service, at least for the time being.
Right after I established service with Verizon Wireless, the tower near my house, which was shared with AT&T, funnily enough, whom I had just left. It was 3 days being repaired. Not a promising start, but it's been fine ever since.

I understand how frustrating it is getting no signal on your device. I would be glad to look into this for you. There are no known outages in Columbus, Oh at this time for Verizon Wireless. Did any of Gerio's suggestions work for you? When did this start happening? Is is only at one location?
