Does anyone know of any service disruption in Columbus, Ohio? Before you ask, bill is paid in full. Phone continues to say searching for service and if it does show 3G with bars, I try to make a call, the bars disappear and it will not connect. Sent email to customer service but does anyone know of any issues?

I understand how frustrating it is getting no signal on your device. I would be glad to look into this for you. There are no known outages in Columbus, Oh at this time for Verizon Wireless. Did any of Gerio's suggestions work for you? When did this start happening? Is is only at one location? If other devices are working and your is not we may need to further troubleshoot to determine what caused this issue. Please PM me and I will be glad to look at your account and further investigate.
