I am on my second phone in 7 months and am becoming extremely frustrated. The phone continues to randomly reboot. I am very dissatisfied with this product and would like to exchange it for another model. It seems, after much research that this phone is just simply a problem device. I really like Verizon but am frustrated at the price I have to pay when my hardware doesn't operate correctly. Any advise?
