viewing my own text messages

I would like to view my text message content from a few weeks ago that were deleted.  not the usage or who they were sent to..the text themselves...is it possible?

 No it isn't .Only with a court order can you get the texts.

Text message content is retained an average of three to five days, but never longer than 10 days (240 hours) from the date and time the message was delivered.  After that, the message content is overwritten by our message center server and cannot be retrieved.  Also, this information would have to be subpoenaed by a legal process to our Law Enforcement Resource Team.

Viewing your own messages can definitely be beneficial!

You can view some messaging details, like date/time/phone number for your current cycle, but not the actual messaging content.

To view the general details please follow these steps:

Log into www.vzw.com > Click Usage Details in blue, under your usage > Select a line that you want to view > Scroll down to Messaging > Click View Messaging Details
