It should be listed on your bill. If your device cannot recieve text messages, you'll have to choose to have the temporary password mailed to you via the USPS.
Spottedcatfish is correct. Your mobile number will be listed on your bill. Since this device does not use VZ Access Manager, you will not be able to receive a text with the temporary password. Instead you will get a temporary password in the mail. Let me know if you have any other questions about this issue.
So, we can use the Verizon Wireless-provided interface to monitor usage on our Samsung SCH-LC11s? I am getting a little tired of having to log into Verizon's bloated(sorry, but it is) website just to check usage. I had attempted to setup the VZW Access Manager not longer have upgrading to the SCH-LC11, but it did not function.
Oh, wait, no. It does not work, according to the documentation(http://www.vzam.net/download/supported.aspx) from Verizon Wireless. We need a reliable monitor to show us(the customer) the usage, that does not require us to visit the VZW website. The statistics shown through the browser-controlled administration page are never correct, and the statistics continue to reset when you turn the MiFi device on or off, or when the device loses its connection.
Samsung needs to write a reliable data monitor, or VZW needs to. Either way, it is not right that customers have to use data to check their usage.
