Permanently Blocking Numbers

There's a handful of numbers (the GMAIL number and a few others) that keep calling me and are just plain harassing. They'll be prank or spam calls, and sometimes they just don't give it up. I've entered them into the blocks section of My Verizon, so that'll take care of them for 90 days.

However, I'd like to be able to permanently block certain numbers without having to remember to enter them every 90 days. What feature would I need to do that? Would I need the $5 Parental Controls feature on my line to enable this option?
