    Mifi 2200 Charging Port Broken


      I've had this 4 months and it has worked great.  The charging port connector broke out from the device.  I did nothing but plug it in.  Verizon blew me out because I did not buy insurance.  Well that's bull, it should be covered under warranty.  I have two phone and this Mifi, so the monthly bill is $200.  What can I do?  Anyone, know how to contact the CEO?
