I dropped my phone in the toilet so i have a replacement phone until i can get a new one. I tried to switch my phone online and it completely changed my INpulse plan. I do not wish to change my plan just switch phones. how can i do this. can i do it over the phone?
What phone are you trying to activate in it's place?
You will need to call customer service (800-922-0204) or Pre-paid service (888-294-6804) to try and activate the replacement.
