    bluetooth connection problems

I have a Motorola H525 that is connected to my iPhone. As soon as I answer a call, it disconnects and I have to turn the bluetooth off and on to get it to reconnect. Is anyone having issues like this? I have erased & reconnected it to the phone, I'm not sure what else to do. The bluetooth worked perfectly with my last phone & is only 2 months old.

Sometimes when you switch Bluetooth headsets from one device to another, it can cause it not to function with the newer device. This happens if the Bluetooth device has been programmed for mutable devices in the past. I recommend restoring your headset to factory settings. I have provided instructions below: Restore headset Caution: This action erases all pairing information stored in your headset.

To restore your headset to original factory settings, with the headset turned on, press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button for 10 seconds until the indicator light is steady blue.

          Thank You
