Those are blocked calls, when someone calls from a private number or presses *67 before dialing it shows as 9999999999999 or either 000000000000
Actually, on the invoice blocked or restricted calls are marked as Unavailable. all 9's or 0's do not appear.
No, Customer service cannot tell you what the phone numbers are when a number has been blocked by the calling party. That's the whole point of hiding your number when you call someone. There are third party services (for a fee) that will trace blocked or restricted calls. Google Trap Call to see how it works.
The 9999999999 number is showing up on my bill as a call...but not in my call log on my phone, and some of them are in the middle of the night. My phone is not even in use in the middle of the night. How can I be charged for a call that I didn't answer? I've seen many people say they are people that are blocking their numbers, restricted numbers, bill collectors, etc., but that doesn't make sense that its showing up on my bill, but not on my call log, not as a missed call, no texts, etc.
I monitor my sons phone calls and txt messages on line at Verizon. Lately a lot of the text message phone numbers are not phone numbers at all. They are just a series of different numbers. Is this because the actual phone number is blocked? Do the series of numbers change or stay the same for the same phone number?
